L.E.D. Tail lamp replacement bulbs?

Our cars use 21watt bulbs for side/stop/fog lights, and adjusts the light output (5watt for side light applications)
The four bulbs are used to produce the 5 watts required when driving at night with the light on. When the brake is depressed, the output is increased from 5 to 21watts for the two lower bulbs.
The inner bulbs on the upper sections of the tail lamps acts as rear fog lights, left or right depending on which side you drive on.

EDIT: The LED's you have attached aren't very good. At least I didn't have much luck with them.

Thanks for the advise, I will stay clear of them.

This means a trip to Vancouver BC to pick them up after they come in to the dealer and I don't know how soon I can get up there.
After the switchover is completed, I will be selling the red LED units here. Probably for about 1/2 retail. Yes, they are plug & play.

I am talking about the Stop/Brake Lights, which are all 21w single filament bulbs on the W204's.

Here is a quote from the website:
" Mercedes have gone back to over engineering. It has no less than 8 bulbs in the rear lamps, four in the front parking lights. They have abandoned twin filament bulbs at the rear relying on electronics to make the lamps glow brighter when acting as brake or hi viz fogs."
In the event of a bulb failing, another bulb takes over and a warning appears on the dash until it is fixed.
This happened when I changed my front turn signal light to the chrome effect bulbs, failing to fit one of them properly, my fogs took over the job of the front indicator. Try it out by removing one of your front turn signal connectors.
