C220d Estate Avantgarde, Obsidium black, command, factory tint. MB CLK240 Iolith Blue / Pebble-Gone
New Car
Finally did it. ordered an 09, c 220cdi (diesel) estate avantgarde, factory tint, with the sahara beige/black interior & command. The tint it is from the b pillar back so the two front windows will still be the bluey color.
April/May delivery.
will post pics with its arrival.
Too me months to decide bwn palladium, tenorite or the Obsidium black and finally decided on the black. Thanks to all those who posted their pics because they helped alot.

Plus my 11 y/o scored two tries in a touch rugby gala day today....I dont know which is better.

It has to be made to order and it takes a month for the boat to get here (Australia), so 3 months it about the norm for a european car made to order.

We waited 9 mths for my wifes last merc, that being a iolith blue clk240 (2.5 litre v6) (you guys call it cadet blue), pebel beige interior, wood steering wheel & s/roof. problem with purchasing on order is that the advantage is with the dealer. the lease on the clk is up at the end of april, and I am trembling at the tradein i will get as the car market is not too good though my dealer reckons they sold 5 mercs on sat so i figure things are better over there than in the US. A lot of this is caused by the media which have stirred the public into a frenzy, they have stopped spending and zippo the economy is ......

He also told me I got a good deal.......No not really.
Yes well having purchased quiet a few new cars I do agree that things must be the same over here too, i.e. why tell the truth when a perfectly good lie will do.

like myself own '07 S550, and I was driving past by a Honda dealer, drove into their lot, out the car, looked around at the '07 Accord for my younger sister. the salesman asked me if i'm trading in my '07 S550 for '07 Accord.
