MB C 220CDI DUAL EXTHAUST
I would like make dual exhaust for my car.
Do you have any idea for that.
Like C300 i have same exthaus on driver side, but
should i just order other side straight on C300.
Is it possible integrate to straight together or how?
if you have any tips for me...let me know

Detali does not cover the W204 parts but you should get an idea from the W211 exhaust system:
http://www.detali.ru/cat/oem_mb2.asp...SGR=285&SGN=04
Note that the left muffler and pipes are not the same parts as on a 4 cylinder one. You would have build some sort of a Y-pipe yourself, assuming you don't want the right pipe appear dead. You would probably have to rework your rear bumper but you know it better when looking at your car.
Have you checked if the attachment hooks are present for the right side piping in your car?
You did not ask my personal opinion but I would have spent the money this takes to some accessory from the factory, are you sure the faked looks is worth the pain?

I asked my MB dealer about all part prices needed, it was about 700 USD. Considering you have to make an "Y pipe" to link both pipes.
After that I quit and I'm still having my single oval.

2008 S350, 2009 SL 65 AMG, 2010 ML 350 CDI 4Matic
I wanted to do the same to my C220 CDI in December. Enquired at my dealer. Parts department gave me several options. (I have the AMG kit btw):
1) Fit a C63 rear diffuser OR fit the black plain crap "diffuser" from a 3C20 CDI
2) Order a complete C320 CDI exhuast system
3) Order a muffler and tip only and mount it to provide the look of a dual exhaust, even though its functionally defunct.
4) Custom make your own Y-pipe, simultaneously voiding your warranty.
I was gonna go for a C63 Diffuser, AMG tips and a C320 CDI exhaust system..but the driver filled 42litres of petrol (in a 60 litre diesel tank), seized the engine and the car has been at the dealer's workshop ever since....So its a no-go on the exhaust system until I get it back..just considering buying a C280 or a C320CDI... opinions?

Mercedes S204 C320 CDI
I must say that the reasons I chose the 320 CDI over the other engines were:
- Torque at lower RPMs
- 6 cyl
- Consumption (more or less important depending on the fuel price where you live)
- Noise/vibrations
- Tuning potential
I never tested the C with this engine but ordered it any way. Couldn't be happier, specially on the noise/vibrations department. Yes, it will never be as refined as a 6 cyl petrol engine but after a Volvo D5 experience, I'll take the 320 CDI any time of the day.
The other engine I tested was the 200 Kompressor which was quite good but the fact that it came with only a 5-speed auto box (I want an auto) and the great conditions the dealer was offering on the 350/320 engines, led me to the CDI. Try both and report back...

Edited: I guess your comment was not that much for the OP but for sharvay.
