Not yet, but I am installing one very soon. The subwoofer on the Harman Kardon system doesn't provide nearly enough power.

Quick question, can you put in a aftermarket sound system using the stock head unit, is it just too much of a hassle due to too many extra little parts to make it work?

You can do it but you wont be getting the full potential of the sub as you would if you go with an aftermarket. All you need to get is a LOC

according to the urban dictionary:

1. Loc
a.) a term crips use to call eachother.
b.) a crip term meaning crazy, wild or insane

I got one , but since i got it ive been paranoid that my parts are going to start rattling , because the sub is loud its digital design 3512 12" 1200 watts

i did with stock head unit and my sub bumps! just ask a good sound shop and they will tell you whats up

A LOC is a Line Output Converter Heres a cheap one their are better ones
