Fog HID flickering

anyone know why when i put a set of 55w HIDs in the fog it starts to flicker? i am guessing its due to the lack of power. but if that is the case, is there anyway to fix it??

you will always needs a resistor when installing any type of HID Light upgrade. HID Lamps need a different amount of power to run Vs. Halogen bulbs.
