Speed Innovation Tuning Update
Hi Guy's
Well as I said before on 04/07/09 I sent my ECU from my 2009 C-350 7 Sp Auto W204 to SI to program it. after I received it four day's later because I told Jesse not to ship the ECU untill I was back from vacation.
so once I received the ECU I put it back in the car and to my surprise the car did not start so I called Jesse to inform him of my problem and after discussing the issue he said that it might be the Immobilizer that's what he called it and to send the ECU back so he can flash that section so after 2 day's I got it back and I installed it again and again the car did not start so again I call Jesse and told him the same issue was there and to my surprise he did not know why the car would not start since he has programed other W204's with out any problems so I had to call road side to bring the car to the dealer and after they check they told me that the ECU was defective and needed to be replaced and once they did the car started up so I informed this to Jesse and they are refunding me back my money. Now I like to give people the benefit and maybe the program did not work because for 2009 some new software was applied by MB but if thats the case Jesse should of known this I think...

VForce09, sorry to hear it didn't work out for you. happens from time to time. I have their tune on my C32 and i love it. will consider tuning the 350 when MB decides to put the 300hp unit into the 204. lol

Does any body know about Speed Innovation Performance Tuning and how reliable are they?
The reason I ask is because I'm new to the C-350 and I don't know that much about tuning a Mercedes. I have used the search section to fined out about tuning company's but I don't see any Speed Innovation info.

I heard alot of rumors on the boards about Speed innovation. You should talk with a guy name Travis from Powerchip. i guess Jessie worked for him and stole some files and started trying to tune. he also blew up 4 other guys engines. Take a peaky on the board. Very shade guy.

I'm personally less inclined to do it on my w204, but on my previous cars, subtle differences of 10-30bhp were very noticeable.
Re: their tune has an extremely attractive price, but I'd honestly wait until a few others have done it before I jump the gun.
