Here is the dyno charts for a C350 I received from Cory a while back.
Doing just the headers shows 295HP & 296Tq (foot pounds)
Doing headers and the ECU shows 319HP & 302Tq
Isn't the ECU upgrade always priced at $1495??

Is it just me or does it not make sense that the same ECU tune can be used for both the 350 & 300. They are tuned differently from MB, thus they should be treated differently.

They are indeed tuned differently. But the price is the same. They have different tunes for the same engine too, for instance they have a regular tune for the C350 and another for a C350 with their headers installed.

There is no time limit for this special at this although this sale should increase sales and availability will be affected.
Cory @ Kleemann is still waiting on his first shipment of M272 headers to arrive. They are in the production phase so if there were any fitment issues during the R&D phase should be worked out.

The sale is mostly on hard items. There are price cuts on the bi turbo software but most of the normally aspirated C Class software 63 350 300 have stayed the same. This post is shows the current pricing of everything they have to offer or is atleast in productiong such as the headers for the M272.

I just got an email from Cory this morning regarding the headers for the M272 engine in the W204 chassis. According to him, and I quote, "We are currently shipping headers for the C63 only. Unfortunately, the V6 headers are not yet ready."
Last month he told me that the headers attach just fine to our engine but it's the down pipes and design of the header collector that do not line up with our exhaust. They currently line up with the SLK350 and can easily be modified by an exhaust place to work on the W203. When he told me this last month (March 23rd) he said they were a good 6-8 weeks out.

Word on the street is that they're going to be ready for shipment in the June-July timeframe. Don't take that as gospel as it's just RUMINT. I'm looking forward to the headers though, that's for sure...

hmm...
Edit: nm, after talking with Cory, he confirmed that the m272 headers have not yet been released for our chassis....only for the r171 chassis. Guess we keep waiting then

That said, there are people out there that laugh this off because they say you can't gain anything in our non-amg normally aspired engines. I don't claim to know one way or the other. Unless proven otherwise, I'll tend to blindly trust the big name tuners like Kleemann and Renntech who have a reputation to protect.
If I do these mods I'll certainly be doing before and after dyno's and hopefully 1/8 or 1/4mi runs for comparison. Dyno pulls are pretty cheap these days.
I'd like to see an improved airbox for our engine. Headers will help it exhale, ECU will enrich the air/fuel mix, timing etc, but we still need to help it inhale more air. K&N's will only help so much.
