Sorry, if you want the OE chrome, a complete handle is the only way to go.

Has anyone tried to use the aftermarket handle chrome covers? If yes, do they fit well to hand and use? I am interested to them...

 

Yep yep..I love em. They provide a nice subtle touch.

 

I have a set of the aftermarket chrome covers I can sell for cheap. I bought them before my car is here but turns out my car came with them (I have Keyless Go). If you're interested send me a PM, thanks!

 

Will they fit well to the handles? I wouldn't like to open the door and "feel" them...If you can show me any pictures I would be grateful

 

Here's a few pictures of the pieces. As you can see they are still brand new in the plastic wrappers. I opened the bag of one of the pieces to see how they fit over my existing handles with the chrome already. If I recall correctly on cars with no chrome on the handle, the top half seems to have a recessed area, and it looks like these chrome accents will fit over that area nicely. Let me know if you're interested in them, we'll work out a deal
