seen this before. One of the shops I work with installed it on a 977. Looked good and was fairly stable. Only issue is this might not be compatible depending on what front lip kit or body kit you have. Also, although this was tested driving freeways with the plates down, I'd still be worried due to how low it was to the ground. Also, it's not fully hidden as you can easily still see the top of the assembly when "hidden". Definitely has some cool factor to it, but needs a little work on.

Cool product. I saw it in the C63 forum. I've been thinking of trying it but like Azn said, it looks like you can still see the top of the plate when it's hidden. Probably not a big deal but, it would also be the lowest thing under your car so it could certainly rub on speed bumps and stuff.
I wish it would tuck under a little further though. Still might be worth a shot though, it's only $50 or so.

i assumed as much...
indeed you can still see it... it's not the biggest problem cause the front is still relatively clean... i've seen some where they tuck it back a bit more and sometimes they don't necessary install it right at the bottom of the car...
although on our cars we have no other option other than maybe removing some of the lower mesh and sliding it in there.
i will definitely need to get under the car before this purchase.
