Do the back seats fold down in a C350 without P2?

Do the back seats fold down in a C350 without P2?
If I dont get P2, will my seats not fold down? I have a 2007 C230 and my seats fold down when I go in the truck and pull the levers. So key for getting stuff home from places like Home Depot, etc. If I dont have P2, am I going to be missing this?

Folding seats are not a stand-alone option in the US and only come with P2. Without folding seats, the loading depth is 39 inches. With folding, it's about 69 inches depending how far forward you can move the front seats and still get behind the wheel.

I use the folding seats frequently.
