Wired Cradle vs Bluetooth Telephony

Wired Cradle vs Bluetooth Telephony
OK. i hope someone can help me to find a solutions.
I retrofited a Command that i bought from europe and fitted it in my AUS delievered W204. Everything works fine including natvigation with the lastest 2009 maps. EXCEPT the telephone that aren't working 100%.
Bascially everytime i turn on the Comand in telephone, it says "activating telephone" ... and for about 45 sec to 1 min, it will say telephone not inserted and stop working. Wait for another mins or two , it has a pop up message and ask me "Do you want to switch to bluetooth Telephony".. As soon as i click YES, my phone will connect and works since. Doesn't matter if i turn off the unit and start it again, it will work and connect immdately as long as i don't unplug the keys.
It appears to me the Comand is initially search for a wired phone in the cradle and then subsequently "ask" me try to search via bluetooth. I had a look in the engginner manual to see if i can disable wired phone but no luck.
If someone can advice me on how to set bluetooth as default, that would be appreicated.
