I can't really tell the difference between these Euro sets and the OEM P2.

What do you mean side marker lights? These are tail lights, how can there be side markers?

The only difference there is between the Euro and the US is the LED indicator lights.

US--> Red
Euro--> Amber

Just swap LED bulbs if you wanted amber. This is mainly for those without P2.

Before anyone buy this item, first ask he seller if they are RED or AMBER.

I bought mines in EU and received the RED (US) ones, first i was pissed because i thought it wasnt legal, but since i know its legal i like the RED ones more.

So be sure if you buy lights on ebay that you receive the ones you want.

?, the turn signal LED.s cannot be changed just like that, it would take half a day with a soldering iron.

Euro and US version taillights are IDENTICAL except that Euro LEDs are yellow. There are no side markers in either version because the taillights wrap around, making them unnecessary.
