No I have LEDs. But they are the same bulbs as the stop and rear lights. Open the trunk and you'll have easy access to them.

I am planning on doing it when I get the chance. Anyone know if replacing them will throw out an error or hyperblinking?

Replacing with LED = error. And a 21W load resistor is dangerous!

The prongs are different? Well then get the other ones... Sold in all car shops.

I replaced the fronts with chromed ambers from ebay. The rears are the same, however, one member advised that they are difficult to see when installed in the rear. He indicated that people honked at him whenever he signaled to change lanes. They are not LEDs and they do not throw codes.

I've swapped mine out in the rear for white turn signals to match my front turn signal, but going to switch to red soon. They're easy to get to. You access it through the two rear side ports in the trunk. Remove the one wire connector to the gray plastic light assembly, then there's one press clip holding the assembly to the frame. Press it, and pull it out. You'll see all your lights and just swap what you want.

In regards to the LED error, how annoying is it?

My brake light stopped working 2 weeks into purchasing the car and I would get a message letting me know that it's not functioning but I could exit out of the message. Is it similar to that?
