2009 C350
LED Strip for Fogs
This may have been covered but I could not find it in search. Was on the interstate in Georgia south of Atlanta and saw a C300 or 350 sport with an LED strip for his fogs. It looked very similar to the Audi but not quite as curved up. Looked like between 6-8 LEDS in the strip. Has anyone seen these? Unfortunately, he was going the other way so I could not stop to inquire.

It was probably the new 2010 E class in final testing, or maybe a press car.

the AMG models has the straight LED strip, which in my opinion looks much better than the handle bar shaped ones.

If anything it looks like Porsche Turbo LEDs, but seems like all car manufactures are using them - audi, mercedes, porsche and I'm sure many more.

One of our local MB shops ordered a couple of sets in from Europe.

Installation is not simple as it apparently takes them more than a day and requires some modification e.g. external switch.

I think the LED strip on the new e-class looks much better than the curved strip found on audi a4...

Very nice. Wish I could do that mod as well on my C63. Although I need to invest in some HREs first....
