But I have the Audio 20 system as well, the h/k tweeters is a bolt on modification.
Subs are a bit more difficult as youll need some kind of converter to transform high pass signal to low pass or get a amplifier that accepts high pass.

I called my dealer (Beshoff Motors) today and ask about the tweeter and was quoted $60 a piece and has to be special ordered..
I thought the price was a bit high so I called 3 other dealers around the area..
Smythe European quoted me $85 a piece, Fletcher Jones quoted me $72 and Autobahn Motors quoted me $65..
Even w/ my 10% off coupon..we are looking at about $120 fo the pair of tweeters after tax..
vic viper, do you think the price is simply too high??

Vic, dealer said to me that it looks like front speakers would also be just simple bolt on upgrade to HK L7 front speakers. Could you please recheck that? 116 eur in Finland by piece :p

I am looking into this, at first I thought that the front speakers were the same, but when looking closer I see that they probably arnt, I must remove my doorpanel to check it out, will most likely replace those speakers as well.

They are around $125 a piece both front and rear.
@whn, yes it is possible to fit the center speaker but it wont do any good as you cant connect it to anything.
That speaker is powered from the h/k amp, in the Audio 20 system there is no speaker there at all.

But I think there is no speaker there anyway or is the center speaker included to Comand APS package?

I assume door panels would have to come out to replace the door speakers??
One more question, is it possible to re-flash the audio 20 HU w/ star-diagnose system and re-store all factory settings?
A few weeks back I accidentally changed the setting from engineering menu and flattend the equalizer setting..
The original volume for one of the filter is 2,300Hz and I can only change to either 2,000Hz or 3,000Hz from manual input..
There is no factory reset option inside engineering menu so I did rest from regular menu and even unplug the battery..
However, HU still retained all the memory thus I am thinking about ask my dealer for a favor and re-flash the HU..

Yes, I am going to replace the door speakers as well, will do a DIY when it happens.
Yes it is possible to upgrade the HU software, but I do not know if that resets all the settings, the SDS is cache storing all user settings wich are later transfered into the HU again after completed update, this is an automated process and dont know if it is possible to skip this part.

What exactly is the impedance of the tweeter (and other speakers)?
Do you also know the power (watt/ peak or RMS) supplied from the comand unit to the speakers?
I also want to change the speakers as the factory default are so poor but
I am concerning about the suitable speaker power requirement.
I still dont want to put an amp as i think it will be more difficult to do so.
