plus you get passenger seat controls on the door panel, and electric lumbar button instead of the levers we have.
but no i wouldnt buy it because im not gonna shell out another 60k for basically the same thing.

After driving one- absolutely NOT!
I would buy the E63. That car had amazing performance and comfort/luxury. Extremely well-balanced and fun to drive. I was extremely disappointed after driving the C63.

If I had a ton of money i'd have a C-Class 4matic and also get a C63 as a leisure car simply because I could and because its one of my all-time favorite cars, but if I had to choose between all of em with a set amount of money I wouldn't opt for the AMG. Definitely need that all-wheel drive.

what it comes down to with me... is are there better cars for the same amount$ as a C63... my answer is yes... yes there are.
so nah i wouldn't spend so much on the amg version on the C.

Looking at it from the other side..
I test drove the 2009 C300 4matic and was not impressed. I do not know about the C350 but I am pretty sure I would not have the C if it was not for the insanity of the 6.2L V8 and 451hp (and being cheaper than the M3)

I wouldn't. For me, If I'm going to change cars then it would have to be a completely different car. Otherwise what's the point in having another car that most people won't be able to tell apart from your old one? (Unless you kept your C Class bone stock with no mods)

2 years to go and your already thinking of upgrading to a another car? enjoy what you have man, specially since you may lose it haha.
The v8 is awesome to drive, im happy i got to try it out. If you dont know whatit feels/sounds like, go watcha clip of top gear in which the rip a c63 around the track, in two episodes. One of thier favorite cars apparently, and anything they like is always good.

I was wondering since you have the C230, that's the 2.5L 201HP V6 right? How does it feel power-wise? I drove a w203 C230 for a while and the engine seemed peppy in that model, but i'm not sure how it performs in this new model so that's why i'm asking.

Although I kinda wish I had the C230 coupe engine, the one with the supercharger. although my cars engine sounds like music in comparison.

When I bought my Car I was in a hurry, and since I'm still only a student, financially it would have been better to purchase the 2.5L compared to higher models [although now, with lease/finance rate so low, if I had waited 6 months I could have easily afford it. but who could wait for a benz!
plus they gave me a sick deal so It came to about the same..] I test drove the higher models, the engine sounds the same to me when I high rev, and when I put the pedal to the floor, it initially feels the same as well with the kickback, but not much longer after as it reaches higher revs it starts to make a difference. However I blaze around the streets in my w204 and the engine is quite peppy enough for me, def not the fastest, but it sure gives a good feeling. Raced a few cars off the line and haven't lost yet

If you are talking about the C230 Kompressor engine, that's a 1.8Liter that puts out about 186hp from what I recall since when I was looking at the previous generation the sales lady was suggesting it, but I ruled it out after seeing the power difference. I could be wrong though...

On paper the engine has less HP, but its equipped with a supercharger.. the kompressor version anways... and that supercharger packs a punch!

True... even if i am not upgrading i would still love to move across brands/models just to get different feels.
Planning two years ahead isn't bad.. i am already thinking of what to replace after my C is done its 3 year lease.. but I have not even picked up the car yet LOL
