Hey everyone,
In light of the upcoming use of vinyl seen throughout the forum, I decided to buy some. I used a small amount to cover the side mirrors. I chose the regular black, (non matte and non chrome black). I like it; it takes away from the over-chromed mirrors in my opinion. Pictures are attached

 

i was looking for the same thing. though, in steel gray to color match.

p.s. totally agree with the car being over-bling

 

If anyone wants, I've got precut CF vinyl ones for there that I bought way back but never used.

Any sign shop will have it. Most likely can get scraps for nothing.

well my vinyl is like a sticker (flexible)

and I think the Brabus ones are like stick-on plastic/ carbon pieces...

 

so how much is it for that piece of vinyl and does it make more sense to order from ebay for $20?

 

Spec Davis, I actually ordered those about a week and a half ago, still waiting to arrive from Asia. I read a post on them from a while back. I guess the double sided tape it comes with is really weak, so a post (I think from AZN) said that you have to take that tape off with sand paper, and buy some heavy duty double sided tape so it doesn't fly off when driving. I'll let you know how to goes once I get them.

 

i ordered a pair a few days ago, so i'd be interested in your observation too.

but i'm thinking i might heed the advice and use 3M tape instead..
