what u do is you pull off the stock pin and then just put pressure on the pin thats inside the door and it will just detach from the clip and partially hang in the door. you dont need to remove it because it will not interfere with any of the other door components including the window.

nice job! After 2 broken rear doorpins on mine I decided to just plug it up. Haven't messed with the front pins but I'll get to it some day haha.

after you do it let me know how you did it cuz i was a bit sceptic about messing with the front ones considering they are different from the back ones.
