Illegal

If yours is 4300K, then you must know its illegal to have such headlight in EU.
The official seller of these lights clearly stating this.
I was going to buy Diamond vision but if i have any type of accident i will be trouble for having these.

I believe there are two version of these CV s, one comes in 4300 and other types comes in 4000K.

Any other ideas?

The CV are a perfect match to the stock BiXenons.

Drove down to work and fitted them right away, unfortunately I forgot to bring the camera so I snapped some crappy cell phone pics instead:

Crystal vision on the cars right fog, stock on the left.

Now I am waiting for ctgilles LED:s to match up the xenons even further, hopefully they wont turn too blue on me ..

Crystalvisions without a doubt, had mtecs on previous cars and they peel and burns out fast.

Philips is well worth the extra money over the crappy taiwan junk.

For those of you who installed it earlier this year or last year how have the bulbs been holding up? I'm interested in getting a pair for my fogs and maybe the low beam as well.

And I'm seeing the newer and supposedly better CV Ultra for sale in some places. There hasn't been much info in this thread regarding those. Can someone comment on their quality and brightness compared to the CV and stock?

Good lord.. No offense dude but you honestly didn't know that you can change the fog lights bulb from the front? If you look at the fog light you can see clearly the screws. I'm no tech and I install hid in my car in 20 minutes tops and I did it from the front. Very easy.

Is that supposed to be a response to my questions? That isn't exactly what I asked about...

I have the Diamond Vision and it has been serving me well... So I would imagine the Crystal Vision would be of the same quality, I noticed that Philips is pricier compared to other brands

If these bulbs holds up for 3 years iLL be a hapy camper

The bulb or the actual housing? The housing is screwed in with four more screws from the inside. The bulb, you just twist counterclockwise and pull.

thanks!

do you mean you have to take out the housing by unscrewing the 4 screws from the "inside", before twisting counterclockwise and pull to take out the bulb?

Your Avantgarde has the sport package or at least the front bumper, the Avantgarde uses different fogs (H11) and are not accessible in the same way as the sport.
