Hello all! finally upgraded!
I just got a c350 sports!
We got an amazing deal for a 2008 one at euromotors in MD and paid it full in cash. I love this car already! exhaust sounds amazing, exterior is sexy, and interior is comfortable! I used to drive a 05 civic si and boyyy this car is such an upgrade.
I'll post pictures soon, but just thought I'd post because I'm the happiest guy at the moment.
The pics is with my brother's e550 sports

It's the new, more fuel-efficient engine from MB.
I think it's twin-turbo, with a larger turbo for speeding and a minor one to give lots of torque in low revs. This setup also gives very pleasant ride at any RPM.
BTW, mine is diesel, a C 250 CDI, the diesel twin turbo that works as I described above (500 NM torque @ 1,500 RPM!).

As to when the CGI engine will be in the States, no idea, I'm in Europe and here the Diesel is hot!...
In the USA a gasoline engine like the new CGI would make a lot of sense, and also the new Hybrid 400 (now in the S model).
Check the German or UK Mercedes-Benz sites for more info!...
Anyway, jaeguyoon, your 350 engine is already very attractive and performing on the Class C Mercedes!...

jaeguyoon, take it easy with the Merc, it's supposed to be soft and silky, while holding well, it's not as "fun" to drive as a Bimmer like the 335i or M, because it filters the road a lot and you don't get as much road and grip info as on a rougher car, like the Honda and such.
You can go fast, but you'll have to carefully evaluate the car's limits (too expensive to ditch, LOL!...)
A Mercedes Benz like yours is a way to go fast... in style. Not like a street racer! But don't be afraid to push her a little!...
I wish you many enjoyable miles with your new acquisition!...
