c class sport with mudflaps fitted

Just painted and fitted moulded mudflaps bought from Hitech, real easy to fit. Only for W204 with AMG bodykit.

Looks great. You will have to let us know how well they keep the road tar and grime off the paint work.

ok guys, regards fitting -

fronts: uses 2 original plastic securing plugs for inner wheel arch liner plus 2 additional clips which are supplied.

rears: fitted with 3 u-clamps secured with allen screws - supplied with kit
I also used 3m double sided tape to secure top edge to wing, just for my own peace of mind, not really required.
Both kits purchased from Hitech Autoparts, England. Search for W204 mudflaps on E-bay UK, this is the only listing. They are supplied black, I primed and painted mine myself. Easy to fit, approx 45 mins.
Not 100% sure if they would fit the station wagon, fronts definately would, unsure about rears

Hey Ronjack,
How well are those flaps working? Just wondering how well they are doing keeping the tar, grime and road spray off the paint.

Rained here a few days ago and even with a wider wheel track, I've got 20mm H&R wheel spacers fitted all round, these new moulded mudflaps make a big difference to the amount of spray visible on the doors and rear wings. I'm really pleased so far, time will tell when the winter arrives

Currently on sale from Hitech on E-bay UK @75GBP + postage. Painting is offered at extra cost. I did mine myself, not hard to do.

I think the size and look is just right, raining here again today, just returned from a short trip to town and no spray on the bodywork. They really do work - and that for me is it. Previously I would be washing my car up to twice a week, now I don't know what to do with the spare time!!

I paid 100 GB Pounds for the flaps. I had paint left over from spraying the boot and roof spoilers so no other outlay, only time, and I'm free when working for myself!!

2008 C Class Sport
I have a 2008 300 C Class Sport. You mentioned with AMG body kit wouldn't that be the C63 AMG? I am from the US so I am not sure if there is a difference from Euro. Thanks

The sport is an AMG designed body kit.

X3 and 2012 C coming soon
They look pretty good. Make sure you remove them periodically and wash the grit and small rocks away that gather between the flaps and your car.

I just dont like the amount that flares onto the car. It seems like there is just as much affixed to the side of the car as hanging down. BUT there are no flaps for this car. I just noticed I have little specs of road tar all over the sides and kicked up on the trunk and I only have 1800 miles on it. I am taking a trip in September and need to get something on ASAP.

The flaring on the side is acutally what is going to keep the majority of the lower side of the car clean. They would have to drop way too low to keep most of the spray from the tread area off the bodywork.

Wow, finally mudflaps for the sport model!!

Would you say these are easily removed and reinstalled?? I would be interested in having them on in the winter and then take them off in the summer months.

Maybe we can talk to the seller and get a US group buy setup for all of us over here if there in enough interest?
