HID CONVERSION.....MUST READ
Hey....if anyone here with a non-P2 W204 is at ALL interested in adding aftermarket Xenon's....you can't go wrong with the DDM slim ballast kit. You can't beat it for the $. I installed the 6000k kit on my 09' C350 tonight and I gotta say...fantastic. Install was easy...even at an hr 1/2 i'd say I did pretty well. I was kinda anxious goin' in to this but after havin' them on tonight for the first time...not a single regret. Ordered them Monday...got them today (Friday). I was reading all week about how halogen projectors distort the HID light output and on and on and on....well...I was blinding NO ONE tonight...AND the light output from the 6000k's was ten times better than the stock H7 halogens. Anyway...enough ranting...if anyone wants pics of my install...ballast location...color temp of the 6000k's ect. ect. ect....just PM me or reply on this thread..i'd be happy to send them to you.

I wouldn't mind glaring some light on some people, If they had the chance, they would do it to me.. people nowadays drive madcrazy @ least that would make them reduce their speed or mantain their lane

Would appreciate much if you could share some more detail, starting with where you bought them (don't known DDM), the price, and install photos! Thanks!

I would like to see the light projected on a single color flat wall surface.

I have one slim kit from ebay $67 with shipping my C350 has P2 NO PROBLEM. The color should be 4300K to match the headlights color. The bulb installation required at least 30 minutes.

And you know this how? Tell you what. Leave your car parked with the headlights on. Have another W204 parked a block behind yours with the lights on as well. Now drive a buddy's car towards and passed both cars and tell us again you aren't getting blinded. Now reverse that cars and repeat.

Hey guys...finally got some pics. For those interested..I did the 35w DDM Slim Ballast kit for our H7 low beams..along with the error cancellors. Grand total came out to $118. Shipped on Mon. and got here Friday..comin' from the West coast to the East coast i'd say thats pretty good. Pics arn't the best but kinda show where I mounted everything and how I modified the dust covers. Anyone interested in doin' this..I can go into better detail about everything if needed. Pics of the 6000k's make um seem alot bluer than they are in reality. It's a nice white with only a hint of blue. web site is- DDMtuning.com

If all you are fantasizing about is glaring light on people then you're a better person than I. I'm still working on the James Bond rocket launcher kit.

55W 5000k are white no question about it...they fire up blue but warm up in a few minutes to white.
from what i have seen if you go with 35W bulbs you have to drop the temperature to get the same whiteness to them.
