Service costs of C300?
The BMW dealer always talks about how much money you would save with a BMW since there is free service for 4/50k? How much would it cost to service the C300 for 4 yrs/50k? We only have to do it once a year right?

Once a month?!?! Are you crazy???
In reality, I believe it's once ever 1 YEAR or 10,000 MILES (or 13,000 MILES... depending on the year).
As far as costs go, that will differ from dealership to dealership. Pricing can greatly vary depending on the part of the country you're in, the local market, and how much competition is in your area. Hopefully someone with a C300 can give you some pricing as reference, but remember it CAN differ in your area...

From what I gathered, Service A is about $200-$250 and Service B the next year is $450. Some may skip all of Service A and just get an oil change. Anyway, if you do it the conventional way, that's $1400 after 4 years.
Not THAT bad but not having to worry about it every year is nice. Then again, "maintenance" for $1400 is a lot.

Remember, BMW "free" maintenance isn't really free. They just worked the maintenance costs into the price of the vehicle so in essence you're paying for the services up front, but not realizing it.

Does BMW service plan covers other things like transmission and sunroof service??
4 yrs 50k miles means roughly 2 x service A, 2 x service B, 1 x transmission service & 1 x sunroof service, which would be around $1,800 here in Bay Area..

BMW Maintenance plan does cover everything down to windshield wipers. It does not cover tires. My 135i needs an oil change once every year or every 15,000 miles. So figure 3 oil changes, one or maybe two new sets of brakes ($$$$!), maybe 2 sets of wiper blades.
Not having to worry about pad and rotor replacement in the first 4yr/50k make this worthwhile. I haven't checked but these massive brakes (6-piston calipers) can't be cheap to replace.
I got my 135i for $300 over invoice. At the time, for $1650, you could extend the free maintenance program to 6 years or 100,000 miles. This would've been worth it for the brakes, but I won't keep it for that long so I declined. I think the price for the extension has since increased.

At RBM Mercedes in Atlanta, a Service A on a V6 car is $250 and Service B is $365. Both of which are complete rip offs. Do inspections yourself because if any filters need replacing it's on top of the price of the services. Oil change for a V6 car at RBM is $123.05 with tax.

I went to European Motorsports and got my oil change for $110 (Mann and Mobile 1)
