I was thinking about this. I plan on getting the 6000k 55w DDM Tuning kit for the low beams and Philips CrystalVision Ultras for the fogs. What about the hi beams? I don't just want to leave them stock. Do people put HIDs in those? Is that practical?

I found it on amazon but it doesn't specify whether it's 35w or 55w.

for the fog lights you have to drill a hole. For the low beams you can just file down the caps on the side and have the wires coming through that. Also i have an extra set of caps if u would want to file those n have your other caps as an extra..

You keep talking about no errors with this kit.
I know the promax kit throws no errors.
I want to know if water will leak in if you file the cap.

I found the thread with the filed down cap. https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...tall-c300.html
But there's not much info on filing it. It doesn't show how much he filed it.
Do you just file and you're done? No extra measures to seal it off so no water gets in?
