How much can you sell stock sport c300 wheels for?
Hey guys, im new here. Just bought a c300 sport.

Its the split 7 spoke 17"s.

Whats the going rate for these wheels with tires.

When people first started getting W204s, some were selling the whole set with tires for as little as $500.00 - $700.00. You should be able to get more than that now.

I bought 4 staggered OE take off from a dealer in TX for $35 each including center caps- all in perfect condition. Shipped to my door $400 US.

I would sell the C300 17" rims for $400-$500 and the C350 17" rims for $750+

Damn. That's what I just bought. I LOVE these rims but I don't like the 18's.

Yes it would seem so at first glance. However, this was pre recession when everyone was swapping for aftermarket or AMG wheels - they had 20+ sets of W204 take-offs. Probably did not give much credit back for the take-offs.

80+ wheels take up a lot of expensive real-estate / shelf space and every day they sit around there is a chance for damage etc.

The dealer I bought from owns multiple luxury brand dealerships: 3MB dealers, RR, Bentley, Maserati, Porsche, Lexus etc - astute business people.

I don't think the dealer just swaps out the wheels for the AMG wheels at the customers request, all they can do is swap wheels between cars on the lot, leaving them with no leftovers. The only way they would get leftovers is if a customer bought wheels (either mb accessory or aftermarket), had the dealer install them, and just didn't want the stocks..which is weird bc most people would want the backup wheels/tires they already paid for.

I think you just got lucky
