I just received these pieces (Thanks Ron!
), and was dry fitting the kit to see how it looks. The CF is top quality but I am not sure if I like the CF with the aluminum. I just think the center looks like something is missing. It is a recessed, perfectly smooth surface, and I personally think Mercedes just cut a corner and left something out. I like the CF and it follows my theme with the lip and diffuser.
I know some people hate stick on kits, but if you don't like it- do you have any other recommendations?

I have considered it but I wouldn't do a kit like this. I would consider the new 3M Di-NOC Carbon Fiber Vinyl. It is a thin vinyl overlay that is the closest thing to real carbon fiber.

I'm not crazy about it but... the interior design doesn't flow. Obviously the interior trim panels would have to be dark and not CF, could be too much CF. The biggest obstacle would be the two-color interior. If the interior was all black you could accent it nicely, but with the light gray, it's very difficult to make that center console look good in respect to the rest of the interior.
