i don't think it matters on the type of tires, but i was thinking adding +3 or +4 psi also =D

Yours is a 2009 C300 4matic. What else does it say around the 30/35 on the gas cap cover. Anything about extra weight?
Now that I just took a closer look: The door sill mentions nothing about load vs pressure variation but simply 28/33; The gas cover says "maximum load" 30/35 AND +5 if going over 100mph.

I'm wondering if it bould be that they use the same stickered chassis for all C300, 4matic or not. Then simply install different gas covers.

And back to OP's topic, they do look kinda "flat" at stock pressure levels and I too was somewhat worried at first. Adding or taking a few PSI's won't make any visual difference. For me, checking the pressure every month + knowing that they're running at recommended levels + having seen TPMS in action basically counter-acted my panic mode.

You can calculate it yourselves with spreadsheet I made and translated from my native language Dutch to English ( Tyre)

http://cid-a526e0eee092e6dc.skydrive...0tyre-pressure
In this map always take the newest spreadsheet and there are examples.
Mind that the formula the spreadsheet works with is that of the ETRTO ( European) an your advice pressures are probably made with the formula of the TRA ( American), wich gives lower pressures at the same load on the tire. The advices for normal use are for that reason useless, but they are seldomly given nowadays. The advices for heavy use and vacation use in my spreadsheet are to be trusted and Higher than the advice you have, for reason of the difference between TRA and ETRTO formula.

needed from car
1 maximum Axle loads front and rear ( on metalish plate under motorhood or one of the door styles)
2 maximum speed of car ( in manual or estimated)
3 The advice pressures on the plackard somewhere on the car or manual , that are meant for the specific car. ( can do without if you dont kneed the normal advice pressures)
4 If more then 2 degrees , the camber-angle ( When tires are placed on the axle so/-\) mostly not above 2 so not needed.

from tires example 195/65 R15 91T
1 maximum load in KG ,LBS or the Load index ( in example loadindex 91 stands for max. 615kg )
2 reference pressure or kind of tire. When there is on the tire-side-wall "At 240 kPa" or "at35 psi"then that always is the reference pressure, but for normal car tires in america that is almost always 35 psi. reinforced XL 280 kPa . so not the maximum pressure of tire.
3 Letter that stands for the maximum speed of tire ( in example T stands for up to 190km/h)

Try it out and let me know what the diferences where.
