I don't mind the eybrows on the current car but I don't think I would want frowning eyebrows...hopefully this is just someone having fun with Photoshop.

What is MB thinking? The redesigned bumper looks like the current redesigned 3-series bumper. It adds a bit more lines to the car, but still...just don't like them copy others all the time. The eyelids....umm....no comment. Maybe it will grow on me, maybe not.
Is the car behind the C a R-class? Or a redesigned wagon?

Very SL-esque. It doesn't bother me as much, but I'm still glad I don't have that headlight array on my MY. Bumper treatment is a little too BMW style with the "Chipmunk cheeks."
Equally as minging is the R-Class in the background.

Hmmmm... not feeling those new eyelids and hood lines along the front or the bumper... The bumper might grow on me but not sure about the redesigned headlights.
There goes my hope that the new headlights would drop in to our cars...

Anyone know when the facelift would normally get revealed, as in month and also when production of 2010's stops? I wanna know if I can still option out a 2010 and order it if I see the facelift and don't like it.

If those wheels are the replacement for the 17" Lux wheels..Yippee!!
Neutral on the lights. Keeping in mind that 2011 is the fourth model year, a noticeable facelift (and I don't mean LED lights) is about on time.

Couple of things..first I like the look..MB learned their lesson about keeping the same design too long and watching all the sales go to the competition. Second, yes that's an R class is the back ground, its a bridge model to the all new design due about a year after that refresh model hits show rooms. Third, the above rendering of the C may very well be the only model offered. It wouldnt surprise me to see MB merge the Luxury and Sport models into one as the Luxury model doesn't sell nearly as well as the Sport.

An old boot is always more comfortable I keep my cars for about 15 years & have become more attached to them as they age. They usually are passed on to the children after that . I am therefore very keen to maintain them myself in top condition. This in my first MB so it will be interesting to see whether this policy is still viable for me with the modern car !!

It may be so in the US due to the sales program you currently have, but here in Europe the numbers are the other way around,
there is way more lux.s than sports sold over here, mainly because the people driving Benzes over here are at a higher age average and the fact that the sports package cost ~$3500 extra.

It looks Audi-esque (LED Lights on bottom) to me with a bit of BMW as well (at least not Chris Bangle's BMW). Anyway, the C Class is the # 1 selling MB in the USA, so I can not see them alienating that market. I think this is just re-freshening and not a totally new car.

I found a few new pictures on the official German MB website. Check out the rear bumper. Is it me or it looks a bit different without the black portion on the lower part by the exhaust tips? Or is that just what the current Luxury version without the sport pkg looks like anyway?
