Should I use a high heat resistant paint like this or do the pads not transfer much heat to the calipers?

OK So I was ready to do this today only to find my 20 ton bottle jack has seized and I didn't feel like using my scissor jack from the trunk. I tried to pickup a new jack but the store didn't really have anything that wasn't crap.
I did find however, that we have color matched SPRAY PAINTS for every German car manufacturer. So I bought the irridium silver to match my exterior, but seriously considered the anthracite grey or whatever to match a set of C63 rims.

OK So I've just finished painting the driver's side rear caliper.. and I fell for the oldest trick in the book. I used my trunk's screw jack since I realized my bottle jack wouldn't even clear it.. and then couldn't swap off because there's only one lift point... so after pulling my tire off I spend the next 30-45 minutes masking every nook and cranny that wasn't caliper or wheel hub. Then I throw a dropsheet over the rest of the inside and start shaking my spray can for two minutes... I pull off the cap to start painting and... there's no nozzle. PUNKED! So now I'm waiting for that to dry and there's a few small spots that ran because I swapped off the nozzle from my clear coat which was a thicker stem so instead of getting nice even puffs I was getting an uneven spray. so I'll sand those spots down and try once more, than 2-3 clear coats and put the tire back on and then it's off to the hardware store to steal a new cap!

Ugh, it snowed last night.. I'll pull the front covers off and paint them in the basement and get the decals on them, but the front calipers are now indefinitely on hold until the weather warms up 10 degrees.
EDIT: Is there anything I should know about pulling the front covers off, or is it pretty straight forward.

Here's a quick before and after on the rears.. I found a 2 ton floorjack on sale at the BX/PX this weekend for $25 so I'll probably pull off my front caliper covers later this week and paint them in my basement and get the AMG decals made for them. Thanks fweiss!

GREAT WORK PEABODY...
NEED TO DO THIS MOD NEXT SUMMER FOR SURE... TB5 DECAL! CAN'T WAIT... AND WHERE CAN I GRAB THE SPRAY PAINT THAT MATCHES CAR COLOURS... AND IS IT HIGH HEAT?
1 MORE ?... AFTER YOU PLACE THE DECAL ON... DO YOU SPRAY IT WITH A CLEAR COAT? I ASSUME YOU WOULD HAVE TO.

I am doing my calipers this weekend. They are C200, so therefore not as big as the AMG ones. I am putting the MB decals on and I am going to try to bend it slightly to follow the contours of the caliper. Shall post pics when done.
Are your wheels full siver or do they have the gray accents?
