There have been a few cars reported (204 loaners on the 203 forum) with the rear RHS window frame slightly out of alignment not allowing full pressure on the sealing rubbers. Have a look & get it fixed under warranty.

Every W204 Loaner I've driven had that problem. Would be good news for you guys if it's fixable, I just assumed it was a design flaw.

in the end they changed the whole window frame.

'08 C300 4Matic, '91 300E and '88 190E 2.3,
One reason windows have wind noise is due to the bending of the frame when applying too much pressure tying the car to the car hauler during transport from port to the dealership. I used to work for one of the manufactures of car haulers. One way around this issue was to begin using straps across the wheels rather than the use of chains for securing the cars. Many MB dealerships are using the straps but not all.

A customer of mine went in for the same fix but was told by the dealership "They were unable to reproduce the noise" and declared it as nothing was wrong. Be very specific when explaining the problem and also have a look around the trim around the window to see if you notice any tears/bends or anything out of the original.
Goodluck!

I know the people at the dealership are super lazy and wont do any work if they dont have to. Good luck tho.
