Hi,

If it has it, the cable will be in the glove box. If not, you need to purchase the kit and install it. I think it is more than a plug-in cable, though. Some glove box removal and maybe radio removal involved.

There's no aux cable for me. If I have to remove the radio to install than not worth it.

um.... there's an aux cable input inthe far right side of the glovebox.... as for ipod integration, you have to buy the cable and go to your MB authorized dealer to program it for you... but... hit the search button and look for an install around here

That is very interesting. So do all C classes come with the ipod integration? I thought I got it as part of the Multimedia package?

The iPod integration is a standalone option. Also, there is no AUX cable. There is an AUX jack inside the glovebox to the right where you can plug in an AUX cable that you can buy at a radio shack for about 7 bucks or so. Make sure you buy the STEREO AUX CABLE. My sister bought a mono AUX jack by accident and was using it for a good 2 months before I pointed it out. I lol'ed.

Either one would work.

Not sure about previous years but in 2010 (I just checked my order sheet) the ipod/mp3 media interface cable is part of the Multimedia package. It is also a stand alone option but if you get the MM package it is included too.

Ahh i am confusing Ipod cable and Aux cable....you guys are referring to these as two different things? I thought the OP was referring to an aux cable for his Ipod.

Sorry for the confusion... I have MM package which includes the ipod integration cable. I currently don't have the ipod and so I am looking for the auxiliary cable so I can use my windows mobile phone(Touch Pro2) for playing music files. I am not able to find the aux jack as people are reporting as hidden in the glove compartment. If anyone has a pic or tell me exactly where to find I would really appreciate. I understand I need to then buy the stereo cable to use it. Thanks.

My cable has both an Ipod Jack and a aux jack bundled together.

I read up on this before, and I think u gotta open up the glove box... meaning.. u gotta take out the plastic and the fabric b/c it's hidden inside. once u get that then u can get the cable to extend it out like everyone been talking about. I think there's a DIY thread on MB forums for that... if i find it i'll let u guys know and...
