at 20 gallons and premium at $3 a gallon your only looking at $60.00
i get my gas on a navy base here and i pay less than that for premium.

the dealer is a friend of mine who lives next to me. he drives a 2010 E class coupe and he let me drive it. The slowest car I've ever been in. He let me drive the new c63 amg and at the end of the day later about 45 miles after, I had to refill it. You guys stop living in your fantasy and think that the dealer likes the company. He just works there and got a good price for the coupe or else he would have taken the S4 as well.

I could never understand this. If someone can afford a $60K performance car, what difference does $300 or $600 a month gas money make to them? Unless they're doing it for the environment which is a completely different and heightened sense.
Since when do we care about fuel economy on a 450+ HP car?!

Whether or not a car is a better value or not depends on the perspective. Some people may place more value in a certain feature or need to work within a certain budget, whereas others might be willing to shell out more money for 100hp more.
Any car will drink gas if you beat on it, yes the C63 is thirsty but some may be ok with that given it's performance. No the Audi S4 isn't in the same performance league as a C63.
