Wheel Lock for C350
Hey Guys, can someone verify the part number for a set of wheel lock for my C350 '09. Is it 6-6-47-0154 or 6-6-47-0155? Also, would you guys buy the OEM wheel lock and pay $130 or buy an aftermarket which is a lot cheaper and is one better than the other? TIA!
I tried searching the forum btw, didnt really find an answer for those who would reply on this thread and say "search the forum or it's been discussed before, etc."

That's bull****, because I lost the key to my last set of wheel locks, and took them to two dealerships and two rim shops and told them they could cut them off or whatever. They tried grinding, welding, drilling, and everything else and in a professional shop, with professional equipment they couldn't get past the wheel locks. I had to order a replacement key from the manufacturer there was no way around it. The only way someone is going to steal your wheels with a wheel lock is if they already have the right key. More expensive wheel locks typically use coded locks instead of one size fits all keys.

Of course, there are other ways as well, and even special tools. AT MOST you are looking to slow someone down by 5 minutes, or maybe have them move to the next car. Personally, I don't think it's worth it for even $50.

wheel locks help a lil against the average theif that just cruises around looking for stuff to jack but if your marked and they know what they doing all it takes is a cut socket to remove any wheel lock its really not that hard. but a set of wheel locks for $30-$100 for a lil added protection still is better then nothing. i remember seeing a special set of locks somewhere that claimed to be "jack proof" but i dont remeber where and pretty sure they cost a grip but ill see if i can find them.
