For those who do not have door control on the top half of the door panel trim, I'm assuming you offer a version without the cutout? How thin is the material? Mainly worried about the smoking compartment and if it interferes with opening/closing. I know with my CF fabric wrap it can occasionally get caught while closing. Any options in terms of CF material at an additional cost? I'd love to get white cf similar to the ISF to go with my new interior.

The shifter bezel surround seems the same for the manual and automatic, just comparing the photo to my car. Is there another part where you anticipate a difference? If I did this, I would like a matching shift knob to complete the change from aluminum.

I guess at least $2K though (the cheapest was$2.5K)
I want someone to make the piece for the vents,audio,and seat warmer panel. Even the Brabus Bullit still has the crappy bare plastic there.
