To be honest there is no LEDs that I know of which doesn't cause problems. Most of the members have chosen to go with the polarg m4s which are normal halogen bulbs are tinted. As for the foglights you have alot of options to choose from. You can choose to go HIDs or once again tinted halogen bulbs.

I checked the polargs m4 and it seem that there is only one color - white. And also, just wondering, what type of foglight bulb do you use?

Yeap there is only one colour. I'm using the Diamond Visions with is rated at 5000k for my fogs. Might be switching over to HIDs in the future I think.

LED's will either burn or turn color over time due to amperage differences while driving.

Go with tinted halogens, you barely lose any light output. I have GP Thunders, 7500k, and I love them, they also have a 8500k bulb. I have them in the headlights and fogs, and have Polarg M4's in the eyelids, looks great and matches pretty well... Only complaint is that the eyelids are not very bright (but not darker than OEM lights, just didn't get brighter) But the fact is that when the headlights are on you barely see them anyway...

To your question, Polarg M4's are Super White, which means it has a blue hue to it, its not white white, so it matches a 6400k-7500k light pretty well, 8500k might appear much more blue than the polarg. I believe that headlight and Fogs take H7 blubs, and the eyelids takes 194's? I am 90% sure, maybe someone can confirm?

Also, I am going to put on Lamin-X tints on both as well, and I doubt that even then I will have brightness problems... I did however, adjust my headlights to aim higher than OEM, because with OEM I could barely see 10 feet in front of the car, now it is much better (and no, I am not blinding people, only about 4" higher on the wall on both sides, still lower than my escalade headlights.

I'm still using the iJDMtoy LED eyelids. They haven't shown any signs of significant burn or damage to the socket. Nor have they changed color over the span of what has now become 5 months. Eyelid bulbs are W5W.

That's what I thought as well but another member just posted that the iJDM LEDs melted his housing =x I was initially planning to switch them until I saw his post.

I've been using iJDMtoy LED eyelids for over 7 months without any issues. Wonder why some people got their LEDs burnt so frequently.

I think I'll go check mine out again.....and yeah Royce, I just saw the post. Anywhoo. To those who have used iJDM, did you guys use the multi-directional ones that were $28 or the ones that just had one SMD on each side? (The $26 ones?) Maybe we can somewhat narrow the choices down..

How do I remove the fog light bulb after removing the mesh grille? Do I just pull the bulb out from the front or I need to remove the fog light housing to install the new bulb?

The official and correct way would be to remove the foglight housing via the front wheel wells and removing the plastic protectors. However, if you are careful and have small hands it is possible to pull the light out front the front mesh by reaching behind...

What voltage range can your LEDs safely accept? This is the core issue we all have due to voltage shift exhibited while driving vs idle.

You say you're the manufacturer? Would it be possible for you to test your LED on a w204 test vehicle? I've worked with other manufacturers in the past and organized group buys here on MBWorld...all claim their LEDs will work just fine with our model but due to unique nature in shifting voltages, all have prematurely burned out at best, or melted and damaged sockets at worse. Their LEDs work fine when idle, but not after driving. If you can prove that your LED can handle this condition...well, congratulations, you've just created a monopoly and will get orders pouring in

Yes,we can promise the LED quality.Because the raw material of LEDs we produce, and all LEDS have tested by our engineer.
For the lights you said, could you send me a picture or futher information? We can send you a sample, let you try.And check the qulity. If you think it is ok,you can consider the next step.

If this works out I would be interested in a group buy. My car is a lease though, so I am thinking of just going with Polargs for safety reasons of not wanting to mess up my wiring and stuff.

For those of you that have burnt their harnesses and cables, how much did the repairs cost you?

"Check right parking light" message came up on my dashboard while I was driving this morning, the light was still on when I checked it though. I've been using iJDMtoy LED eyelids for over 7 months without any issues. Wonder if the bulb is about to burn out or something else.
