Coil Overs
Just got my coil overs on; only dropped it about 1/2 inch to test it out and will adjust later. Also got my carbon fiber roof spoiler. Hopefully I'll get some pics up soon

Finally pulled the trigger on the CL-style grille. Waiting for it to arrive and pics would be up. Next mod would be a roof spoiler.

I saw your post on the new CL style grill? Did you get that off Ebay on euro markets? How is the fitting and placement? That black is slick.

No, I got the grill from formymercedes. Fitting and placement is fine for me. No issues at all for the time being. Will let you know if there is any.

About the SMERC High-flow cats with midpipe....
I had sent an email to SMERC to check with pricing, sound-levels, etc. Here is the response:
Thanks for the interest in the C300/C350 High Flow Cats Project. We are currently seeing gains of 7-8 whp & 3-5 tq on the dyno. The result will be posted soon after our testing is complete as we are still making changes to the design and will be re-dyno the vehicle.
The sound levels vary depending on the gear and throttle position. We are currently running the factory muffler and resonator with this prototype. At idle, the sound is basically non-existent and sounds like the factory exhaust. Cruising around town, its only slightly louder than factory and would say that 95% people would not notice. There is virtually no drone or rasp, compared to some X or Straight Pipe setup. At full open throttle, the system sounds amazing, as it is not too loud but definitely noticeable to everyone around. The best sound comes when you down shift using manual mode on an automatic transmission. The rev-match down-shift is well pronounced and sounds amazing!
As far as pricing goes, this is TBD. We would say that it will be comparable to a G37 High Flow Cat Pricing ($500-$600) and G37 Y-Pipe Section ($250-$400). We will only be offering our units as a package deal since you will need both sections to be 100% bolt-on.
Do to the lower demand for W204 performance products, we will more than likely do only a limited-production run of these units. We were anticipating a November 2010 release but it may be pushed back 1-2 months so we can further test the unit and make changes until we are completely satisfied with our product.
We can definitely keep you informed on the project via email. Also, please check our site for updates on the progress. Thanks for contacting us!

Im sure youve already prob noticed this but just incase you havent, I too deleted the mufflers and res. and put in the X pipe but when going under an overpass or into a tunnel drop a gear and floor it...it makes me smile everytime no matter the mood. hahaha
