I purchased my '09 C350 used, thought is sounded a little funny when purchased but didn't let it wear on me to bad until now. I crawled under the car & found the resonator is gone, it has been straight piped. Sounds like crap, I do not recommend that fix for anyone, unless you are going for a tinny, muffler made from old coffee can sound. With everyone going to the x-pipe, does anyone know of an avenue to purchase a take off resonator? ANY info here would help. Thank you!!

I replaced my resonator with x pipe. It has about 50,000 km on it. If you want it ill let it go for $40
