3 inch Pot Hole
I saw a very good parking in front of this Sushi place and i did realize one of the two pot holes. I avoided one of them and the other one i could not see so i hit it going like 2mph my front fell down but not to hard so i let it roll out of the hole slowly and this what happen to the front:
my front rim is not bent but just scratched on the rim not bigger than a dime but the only thing i am worried is the tire which took a small slice of the rubber so what do you guys think, should i replace it or just leave it and avoid hitting pot holes on that side? My car is not a daily driver it just sits in the garage.

I would definitely have a shop take a look at it, but I doubt it will require replacement.
It's a damn shame how many potholes we have here in the North. I was in a similar situation and ended up cracking the back corner of my carbon fiber lip

Obtain a quote to fix the damage then take a photo of the pothole & the wheel. Send both with an accompanying letter of complaint to the City Council.
You never know your luck!!
I had a brand new car sprayed with gravel by a council tractor & slasher at the side of the road. The Council replaced the windscreen free of charge.

Wow, hopefully the tire will still hold air, and the slize isn't soo bad, the scrape on the rim is just cosmetic, it can easily be repaired.. If it bothers you I would just get it fixed

Is there any way to paint touch up a rim without having to take it to a specialty shop?
I guess what i'm trying to find out is if you can repair it yourself as I doubt that anybody locally can do it.

That tire doesn't look like it was punctured or has a gash that goes through the protective sidewall layer. I would just leave it and wait until you need new tires and/or hit another pothole and require a change (which I hope doesn't happen). If your not sure if its leaking air, put some water over that area and look for any bubbles. The Meguiars Sratch-X remover didn't repair that? I would think it would work pretty well on something minor like that...
Here is a DIY, but it is pretty intense. http://www.autopia-carcare.com/realwhda.html
I would recommend getting a shop to repair it unless your good with paint

I would replace that tire immediately - it is definitely compromised because the tire protector rib is mashed and sidewall has clearly been pinched.
Better off safe than sorry - plus it looks terrible.
17s are marginal in protecting against damage - just a week or go I had a 1/2 V shaped chunk out of my OE 17 due to pot hole. 18s or larger and it would have been an $800 tab.

make sure the inner edge is ok too.
best to have a shop remove and spin it on a balance machine to check for wobble. torque nuts to 90 ft-lbs @ reinstallation.
if it holds pressure and does not start to bubble, I'd drive on it.

op's looks like at least 18"

Spec, cratched up my rim, similar damage to yours, got it fixed for 60 bucks looks like it never happened. I sliced up the tire too, the rim guy said it didn't need replacing, but I replaced the tire anyway.
