Actually, they're under no obligation to remove your pic if you've posted them online. They're public domain. Was told this after having a talk with ebay. The only thing you can do is if what the seller is selling isn't the same product you bought, then you have a case for fraud as they are advertising the wrong product in the image.
Notoriety is great for having your car up there, until someone PMs you asking why the item they bought doesn't fit correctly and that they saw it on your car in the image seller used. It's happened..
Most sellers will oblige you when you PM them asking them to not use your image though.
