C300 New Dubs
Hi.
I thought about what everyone keeps saying...
'Twenties are TOO BIG'
Let me tell you, NO WAY!
These look and fit perfectly, no rubbing anywhere.
Enjoy as I am.
Tires are 245/30/20, rims are from the OEM GLK350 - 8.5" front and rear.
I am extremely happy with it.
First picture is unwashed, I was too excited and had to take a picture.
The second is with my wife, all cleaned.
The third shows the fitment.

Are you seriously planning going offroad?
This is not the dukes of hazard where you need 75 profile tires, as you bounce down the gravel road.
Heads or tails, I like both.
Regardless, the ride is tight and firm, noticeable improvement at left to right transitions.
Thanks for the compliments.

MBWorld Fanatic!
Great answer!
BTW, some of the roads back here in the flyover states make being onroad seem like offroad.....sigh....guess I will just try to get through with old fashioned OE 40 and 45 series. Don't think my kidneys can take any less sidewall compliance!

Your car looks knocked out with those wheels [ what year are they}, You don`t have to answer but did you get them thru Mercedes and what did they cost you?

Wow, I did not think I would get so many reps.
The wheels are from a 2010 GLK350 factory takeoffs driven only 50 miles.
Purchased from a private seller for the rims alone - $1000, I did not need the factory tires which obviously were WAY too large. The tires were another $800 installed and balanced.
I went with these factory rims since they are the best looking stock 20" rare rim available and not a cheap aftermarket metal rim that would bend.
I have had two people in the back with zero rubbing even over large bumps, and nothing rubbing in the front turned hard left or right.
There is only a 5 pound difference per rim/tire from stock 18" to the 20".
I previously had 20" big lip on my previous 335i. I really needed a change and have no regrets on this decision, to each his own.
Oh ya, my wife is simply a wonderful person.
