Both are selling the Nav+4 for $1,290.00, plus installation (approx. 4-1/2 hours @ roughly $400 or so) and taxes. If you are a MBCA member, Park Place offers a 10% discount off the total; I believe MB of Plano offers a similar discount.

BTW, Park Place offers MBCA members parts and accessories at wholesale prices (wholesale prices do not apply to cars in for service); I'm not sure of the discount at MB of Plano, but I believe it's either 10 or 12%. Hope this helps.

My Nav+4 / UMI / Nav 20 (depending on what MB page you look at) is getting installed starting tomorrow. $1620 all up, including parts, labor, taxes, etc.

At the same time they're installing the clearbra (including a piece to go on the top of the rear bumper, where luggage beats up the bumper), and fixing a popping trunk spring.

Congrats, Alan ! One of the other forum members showed me a trick : you can adjust the volume level individually for each of the inputs so that if you switch back to the radio / sirius it is not blaring.

Press the clear / back / and round silver controller all at the same time ( this will take you into programming mode ). You will then be able to adjust the individual volume settings for the iPod, USB, and audio streaming.

Enjoy,

Nick

Excellent! Thanks for the tip. The dealership picked up the car today, I can't wait to get it back.

Anyone know if this will allow Sirius, or do you still need the Command system for Sirius activation?

I have not been able to find a way to do Sirius with Nav20/UMI. Cartronics system will not work with Nav20. I suspect that the Nav20 takes the expansion input that Sat would use.

You don't need COMAND for Sirius. I had an '09 W204 with Audio 20 and Sirius.

Yet another load of crap fed to me by my dealership. I have Audio 20 without UMI and was told I couldn't get Sirius.

I guess (like everything Mercedes so far) I'll have to research it myself and spoon feed the information to the dealership.

As near as I can tell, with Audio 20, you can do Sirius, or Nav20, but not both.

OK, thanks. Everyone (dealer, techs, aftermarket) has been telling me it can't be done. Now that I know it can, I''ll figure out how.

I was told the Sirius was an additional $1800 on top of the $1500 for the Nav +4.

Super easy, on the steering wheel, the left side, push the button to the right of the OK button. It scrolls through Nav, Audio, etc.

Since I just did the install the cluster does not have a "NAVI" choice. There is some programing involved to add it to the menu. Earlier in this thread a member said he had it on PDF. I PMed him but haven't heard back so I was hoping someone else had it.

To enable the Nav on the Audio 20, press and hold the Clear button to the right of the command wheel in the centre consol. To go back to the normal display push and back button to the left of the command wheel. Easy! That help?

What I am looking for is to have the "Turn Left .2 Miles" to be displayed in the middle of my speedo.

I think he meant how to have the menu enabled in the cluster, not how to access the menu (after its enabled).

Hi/

I was reading some of the old posts about the UMI nav and was wondering if you could send me the pdf on how to enable the instrument cluster for.

Thank you

QUOTE=Kial;4998931]I have the PDF, send me your e-mail and I will send it to you. It is 2.5mb and is bigger than allowed in the forum.
