Your order already shipped out unfortunately before I could see this. Next time PM or email me as I don't get instant notification when you edit posts. Would have placed a hold on your order. I can still work something out with you though. Let me know if you just want to do the footwell or if you're looking to do the rest of the interior (domes, trunk).

Mike, I think you would greatly benefit from creating an official "Bulb type" thread or post. I have searched and have found some. But the information within them are so confusing and conflicting. Obviously we know what the fogs, lowbeams, highbeams, parking lights and license plates and sidemarkers use. But I think that a lot of people (myself included) are new to the whole turn signals and rear lights.

Pretty much, I want to know what the heck kind of bulbs I need to buy for my rear turn signals and my reverse lights . Haha...

EDIT: Oh yeah, and my rear festoon, I think I have researched that it is 39mm correct?

This is a great resource to find out what bulb types you have:
http://www.sylvania.com/ConsumerProd...lacementGuide/

And I agree that there are tons of ways to name the same lighting connector. That's why on my website I identify all the possible names for that specific bulb. You can also search on a bulb number on my site.

The difficulty comes in when you look at packages within models. Even though you have a w203, w204, w211, whatever, if you have the lighting package, it can change the bulb type which I've already seen. This gets even more complicated when you have model refresh, but maintain the same model designator like the upcoming 2012 w204s. That's why if you don't know what bulb type you have, I recommend taking it out, taking some pics and emailing/PM to me and I can identify.

I can tell you this right now though....if you're like me and have a w204 without the lighting package or LED tail lights, your tail lights contain a single wedge 194 LED, turn signal is 7507, and the rest (Brake light, night light, and reverse light) are 1156.

Thanks a bunch. I think I am going to order the 1156 white LED for my reverse light. (This will work right?). Also, when you say turn signal is 7507, I assume you mean rear turn signal, correct?

Not for an LED alternative right? I recall mike saying it wouldn't be possible due to the voltage leak or something in the w204...

EDIT: Nvm, I see that you don't offer the 7507 for sale yet. Darn! I guess I will just have to live with only the white reverse LED for now. (Is that like 5000kish, I know it says white).

I swapped it with a reg. clear bulb. Not sure what the LED options are at the moment, best to ask Mike. I'm kinda curious too.

Yup 1156 is what I'm using for my reverse light. I actually had a test set of this before and sold it off. He posted pics if you search for it somewhere. and yes 7507 is rear signal (for non LED tails)

I will be carrying the LEDs for the front turn signals, but will need external resistors it would appear to get them to work properly.

Basically around $14 per set. But now there are additional overhead costs like forum sponsor fees, webhosting, etc.

I recall him saying that he was waiting for the shipment from his supplier? With that being said, Mike, when do you expect to have them available? I've been itching for a pair of red LED rear turn signals!

Wrapping up production. Should be shipped within the next couple days, then deal with customs, entered into our systems, then hopefully should be ready sometime next week.

Well, 1157 is the base type. It has the nubs facing straight across from each other and two connector points at the bottom. What you should do to be absolutely safe is pull out your stock bulb and see how the base looks like. Does it have one or two connector at the bottom? Are the nubs straight across from each other or at an offset? Once you get that info to me or better yet, just take a picture of your stock bulbs, I can identify and steer you in the right direction

1157, 7258, 2357 are all the same model identifier, but there are variations the characteristic those share are the two base connectors at the bottom of the bulb. The difference comes with the nubs on the side. These will all be straight across left-right, but some will be at the same height level and some will be offset slightly in height. It's tricky.

These are the ones I have in stock:
