So I noticed a lot of people are posting up pictures of their cars, I wanted to get some opinion about my New C350 that I just modded out with the following upgrades:

- 19" AMG 5-Spoke Rims
- LED Headlamp trim taken from a 2011 Mercedes S Class (and color modded to look bluer)
- LED Fog Lights (replacing regular ones)
- Illuminated Door Sills

I'll be taking better pictures later but here's what I got so far off my Evo.

if its new,shouldnt be the facelift model?

I love the wheels. I love the LED DRLs. But to be honest, the LED strips on the headlights need to go! >.<

Can you post detailed pictures of your foglight housing? I recall someone doing a similar mod but he had put it behind the mesh grille. Seeing your first pic I see that yours protrude out a bit.

 

Not feeling the LED's much personally, stick out like sore thumbs IMO.

Also, to whoever asked it it was a 2011, looks like an '08 or so with the rearview mirrors?

 

His profile says it's an '09.

 

Love the rims and the LEDs DRL but not the ones on the headlamp. Looks a little off from my opinion. Anyway its your ride, enjoy it.

 

not feelin the led's especially the headlights.. the fogs would look alot better if the led's were flush with the mesh.. just looks out of place sorry

 

Thanks to everyone for their comments. I really do appreciate them and I'll be working in the next couple weeks to finalize the mods and I'll also have pictures of the Illuminated door sills once my car gets taken to a photoshoot with Art Center in Pasadena - have pictures of that soon.

I got the rims from Penske Mercedes Benz in West Covina. Found them in a catalog and they custom ordered them for me from Germany and it arrived in about a week. It's running on some Falken 452's - any opinions on them? The SA said they were the best value for performance.

It's a 2009 - as stated in my profile. Thanks snarlingchicken for being observant. haha

The LED strips - they way I got them programmed, is that I can shut them off at any time just by adjusting the switch for lights. On Automatic (A) it stays off and with the icon next to that on the right, they turn on. When I'm feeling a little glitzy and overzealous, I turn them on just for show. Gotten a lot of comments from Mercedes Fans in the area that said it looked great.

Vic, I always love your comments. I mean since they have the Saks Edition why not? I should get this thing repainted with Red and painted in with a big decal of a Santa Claus. haha. I KID.

Still working on adjusting them so they look even!

I think it looks clean..I prob wouldnt drive around with both sets of leds on at the same time but individually i like both mods.
