Run Flats tires

Im thinking of changing my back tires to a Michelin Pilot sport Run flat will this work on my 18" AMG wheels ? and how about the tire sensor will it work ?

No it won't. The Michelins require a round wheel instead of an elliptical one.

No. Since they are integrated into the tires you will need to make sure you get the correct tires; ones that are MB specific for computer readability.

You don't have to get the same exact tires that came with the car. You can get Michelin Pilot Sports which are way better then those Conti's that MB supplied us with.

If you want to upgrade to RFT, you should calculate the cost of re-tuning your entire suspension, because to get a similar ride, that's exactly what you will need to do. I'd personally rather deal with the off chance that I need to use my scissor jack.
