i <3 my ride and so do other people !
so im in NEW YORK, i was driving along the Grand Central Parkway heading east going to the movies with my girlfriend, when this blue Mitsubishi i think it was drives by where the passenger is giving me a thumbs up =) haha, i liked that, i have simple mods but yeah appearently he liked it, thought i might share

i feel ya .. yesturday on the GSP on the way home from a car show(took 1st place luxury woo) some dude in a reeaally niice dodge viper was next to me with his windows down giving me the thumbs up.. not bragging just a good feeling

same here at least a couple of times a month i get a couple of people pulling up (its most likely becuase of the exhaust i think) the funniest one is a 70 year old man pulled up asked me if it was a manual i confirmed he said "in 70 years i have never seen a manual Mercedes" lol

When I first started looking at MBs, I was turned off because I had a manual BMW and didn't want anything but a manual, but then since my wife was going to need to drive my car occasionally, I needed to get something auto and the decision was pretty easy then. Is pretty weird that MB has extremely high-end vehicles and they are autos.

That's funny...I've gotten that on the LIE when ppl pull alongside me and pace you staring at my ride giving me the nod. It's a great feeling.

and ughh i hate the LIE !!!! lol
but yea even today i was at LA Fitness by Lake Success, and im walking to my car, and these two guys are just walking around my car checking it out, lmao. im just walking by with the key out like yeahhh but i was too make the car go beep beep lmao

this just happened to me twice yesterday
I was on the 101 freeway heading north when this group of teenagers in a old pickup pulled up next to me in traffic and yelled "nice whip bro"
Then at sams club, there was a couple probably in their late 20s staring at my car.. I thought they hit it or something, but when I came up to them and asked if i can help them with something, they said, "oh no man, just like the car, thinking about getting one as well."
My ultimate favorite though is at night... Having my windows tinted always attracts attention (luckily cops never seem to care). I love it when I stop at an intersection on a red light and people always try to squint through the tint to see who's inside the car. I lol and put the window down enough to show my head. LOL
I know a lot of us in here have had that experience more than once.
