Matt or Gloss vinyl for white w204 with pan roof?

Hi Guys after looking at everyone's cars here I have got a lot of inspiration

Question I am stuck with

Matt or Gloss for chrome trim around windows and rear?? (vinyl)
I'm stuck because of the pan roof... its gloss black
I'm thinking matt as it goes with all the other black on the car
But gloss could go with the roof

What does everyone think?

Over the weekend I somehow ordered

Brabus spoiler
Roof Spoiler
HID 6000K dip + fog
Led licence plate (the 36 led type not the mini ones)
VHT hood for grill (will clear coat only if I go with gloss)

I will get the slr camera out when it all comes

I personally like matte. Glossy is ok but not for me. I guess it depends on what you're looking to do with the rest of it. I think you will like glossy if you like the chrome on the car. don't like the chrome so I would go for matte. I took all the chrome off and painted it myself!

Matte around windows...blends in well with the rubber.

Matte around the windows.
Gloss would be fine too as it will blend into the B-pillar, which is also gloss. The trim is rather thin, so I don't think it will make a huge difference.

I'd say, leave it alone.

Take a look at the picture with your first post. Can you even see the chrome?

In all honesty, I'm not real keen on vinyl mods. All I can think of is that stuff pealing in a couple of years and having to either fix it or pull it all off and spend some serious time cleaning the goo.

What's that car next to the MB?

It's funny my sister in law has a white C and you can't reallynotice the chrome as much as you do on my grey C

That's my dads Bentley GTC he's the real boss lol
I just got a matching plates to his (look out for pics next week need to transfer the reg this week)

I have sent for a quote on the vinyl matte at my local, will pay up to £50 for all trim + grill if I don't have to remove it, they have an excellent rep

If its too exp I will spray the grill with VHT and diy vinyl the lower window and rear trim (they look straight forward), leave the top door trim as it gets covered when doors are closed (your right not all of it can be seen) the above door chrome curve will prob cause diy trouble so i wont bother

Although the chrome looks ok now, with the spoilers and cf front lip i think the extra black would give it that eye pop
Its not just about what you see that makes a car stand out... its also about what you don't see
I feel the lack of chrome gives a much more sportier look

Am looking into tints and black shoes with chrome dish in the near future (broke atm lol)

I think matte it is for now! (hope the price is good)

Thanks guys

Matte for the window trim (not a lot of places will do gloss, I've personally done it once, since not a lot of people request for it), and gloss for the roof on your car for sure.

I see cars all day long and do these things on a daily basis, and this is my opinion
