Is this an "Authentic" Carlsson? Or just a Rep?

Hey guys. So I received an unpainted FRP Carlsson Lip from my friend, who claims it's authentic and not a replica. Since wrapping it in CF fabric seems to be out of the picture, and I'm not very interested in color matching it with my car, I'm looking to sell it to get a CF lip from Gary at Suvneer or something. So if anyone can chime in on whether it's legit or not, and maybe gimme an estimate of how much the thing is worth, that'd be great.

Here are the pics (PS: It's hard to take pictures in a college dorm room):

A small knick my friend made on the lip while bringing it over to me...

Stuff that came with the lip for the install includes....

Near $600, but I definitely won't be selling it for that much. Hell I could buy a euroteck lip with that kind of money.

Let's see the underside. The instructions, adhesive, sand scuffs and plastic look the same as my Carlsson diffuser. I assure you, my diffuser is the real thing.

Wait....uhhh. Are you saying you want to see the underside of the lip in your first sentence or did you mean to list that along with everything else?

I want to see the bottom (the side that faces the ground). None of the reps I have seen to date are exactly like the Carlsson unit. I can tell if it is, or atleast looks like a Carlsson from the underside.

The first picture is pretty much the underside. Hard to tell from the way I took it, but the right side has the Carlsson brand+what I assume to be the serial number. I'll take more pictures tomorrow.

Here's a quick and dirty phone picture.

Yes that is a genuine carllson lip spoiler as i have one on my car,
the little 'dent' is where the carlsson sticker will go,

the replicas do not have that 'dent'

Have had some Carlsson products on my first MB, and it seem to be Authentic Carlsson.

Carlsson always comes with the ELCH cleaner and ELCH adhesive.

Seem to be original, and otherwise its a damn good replica...

I hate when they form their name into a product like that. There's a strut bar I like, but they have formed the metal with a divot in it for their badge to go in. Maybe if they paid me to advertise for them it would be so bad - it screws-up the aesthetics...

How much did you get yours for? I'm trying to get this one off my hands but I have absolutely no idea how much it's worth on the market....

Yeah...but nobody's going to pay him the same thing as what they'd pay Carlsson.

I'm definitely not going to charge more that $400 for the thing seeing as there are alternatives on the market. But yeah. Thank you Saz for giving me the figure price.

So I've had this posted in the classifieds for a while now. I've done a final price drop down to $200. I figure if it doesn't sell I might paint it black (or maybe plasti-dip it seeing there's so much hype with that product) and throw it on my car for some nice silver/black contrast.
