PM me - if we can get enough orders (10) my guy will get a mold made to make more.
It would depend on price and time frame, but I am interested.

If we can get 10 orders going then about $350 for the enclosure - carpeted.

What is the brand on the parts used? I have seen the multimedia adapter on ebay but that doesnt have the add in of touch screen and would still need to figure out how they added GPS. I work for an electronics company and can do special orders, would be great if you could provide some info on the hardware that was needed.

Spare Tire

Realizing that this is an old post, but hoping you're still around!

Do you have any trouble opening up the spare tire cover with this installed?

Thank you!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the guy who did this first. I scoured the web looking for ideas on how to install a sub in a C300. I definitely liked yours the best and used the photo to discuss an install of my own. It came out awesome! 10" Digital Designs Audio 2510 along with a Digital Designs M80 (monoblock) 800W RMS AMP. A big thank you to Samson with Traffik Jamz car audio in Denver CO for doing an awesome job! Samson was able to mount the amp in the fuse box compartment on the right side of the trunk. He angled the sub up and out for improved bass response - The bass is cleaner than Windex, and hits harder than your momma. Awesome!

12" need not apply

You don't need a 12... trust me. - In fact I even second guessed going with some of the higher end 8" subs for that location. Ultimately the 10 is insanely powerful and insanely awesome! It's more than I will use on most days - but gives me a little somethin' somethin' to shut the kids down that come up bumpin up beside me.
