Where to get a replacement for the Auto Tranny knob?

Where to get a replacement for the Auto Tranny knob?
Just got a 2009 C300 love the car, however, I think previous driver had a ring on his/her right hand and tranny knob from the passenger site is all scratched and worn off. I know I can probably order replacement from the MB dealer, but I am sure it will cost me arm and a leg for this thing. Hence, I was wondering if anyone knows of an after-market auto tranny knobs that can go on this car? Or if anyone knows where I can get OEM knob for less than MB dealer sells it?

http://www.performanceproducts4benz.com I'm not really sure if they have one that will fit a newer model but they sure have some nice custom ones.
And if your shifter has no buttons one of them may work with a set screw.

I couldnt find any on neither of those websites or any on google at that netter ive been looking fro a while

For some reason the service manager at the local dealership told my wife that they can't simply change the knob
? I think he was BSing her as she was asking to replace it under "good sale" certified vehicle program as they sold us this car.
