W204 Sunroof Button
To change interior bulbs to led. I want to remove front light cover. lso I will put more buttons to there. I succeed to remove light at top which is up of mirror. But I couldnt succed to remove sunroof button. To seperate parts , sunroof button is locking it. How can I remove sunroof button? I mean I want to remove number 1 button. And later I will add butons to 2 and 3. What is 2 and 3 button normally?

The two missing buttons must be for the alarm, interior protection and tow-away protection control.
Shouldn't you remove the control unit for better access to the parts.

no, the missing buttons are for tele-aid (now call mbrace), one is to contact road-side assisstant and the other is for contact csr for things such as directory assisstant.. there is actually a 3rd missing button that's at the other end of number 1 (SOS button)

Darn, and I wanted LESS buttons, like making the overheads push-on-push off, and the rear lights switch on the top back of the center console above the AC vents. Its already too many buttons, and after a year can never get the right one in the dark, its so stupid. (Have the config like Diesel Benz sez above)
